GPS software, is there some gps software that allows you to export data?

I was looking for some gps software that allows you to export the data you collect out in the field. Maybe to a spreadsheet or something. I currently use microsoft streets and trips but it only allows you to import data. Also I’m looking for a way to get degree of curvature for a roadway maybe by using the gps software, could this be possible?
