Is there a Sat Nav / GPS that will arange your route for you?

I was just wondering if there was a Sat Nav / GPS available to buy that you can enter a list of postcodes / addresses and it will direct you to them in the best order. I’ve just started a parcel delivery round and don’t know the area that well
